Madison House is Covid Ready for your stay.
The Covid-19 pandemic has prompted us to make some changes to help keep you safe during your stay with us. We are following industry guidance on best practice for accommodation providers.
If you choose to stay with us, we will require the following details in order to minimise contact at Check-In & comply with legal requirements:
- Mobile Telephone Number
- Email Address
- Credit/Debit card Details
Payment will be processed the day before your arrival and receipt for payment will be in your room.

If you prefer to use our self-check-in facility, please use the code you will receive by text to enter the building. Your room key will be on the reception desk in an envelope marked with your name. Please use the hand sanitisers before and after entry.

The breakfast menu is in your room.
Please enter the dining room via the door at the bottom of the stairs and leave via the door nearest to the kitchen (one-way system to enable social distancing in the hallway) We will bring your selection to your table. The buffet table has been removed.
Hand sanitiser will be available for use on each table.
Daily room cleaning has been suspended. Rooms will be thoroughly cleaned between guests. If, however, you require your room to be restocked and/or serviced, please ask and we will ensure this happens.
